This is a pretty simple hack, and you shouldn't have any problems as long as you stick to the instructions. Scroll down to the bottom of Settings and click View Advanced. Scroll down to the bottom of the right-hand panel and click Settings. Open Edge and click the triple-dot button in in the upper-right. (If you have Pro or Enterprise, though, we recommend using the easier Group Policy Editor as described below.) You can also do it this way if you have Windows Pro or Enterprise but just feel more comfortable working in the Registry instead of the Group Policy Editor. Under 'Processes', look for 'Google Chrome' or 'chrome.exe'. If you have Windows 10 Home, you'll have to edit the Windows Registry to make this change. To see if Chrome's open and force quit, follow the steps below for your operating system. Using the Registry Editor or Local Group Policy Editor to block people from installing Chrome extensions will make Google Chrome say it's " Managed by your organization" on its Settings screen.
